me: last time i broke the law in ottawa they made me dress up as mary poppins and perform the entire nutty professor trilogy in a british accent

Kyle: well thats because eddie murphy's prortayal of the nutty professor offended all native ottawans dating back to the pre-viking area. You see, as viking warships beached at fort wannatouchanelderlyeskimo they came onto land expecting to conquer the ottawans, instead the ottawans completely covered themselves in nutella (which unknown to most of the world, was grown in Ottawa until it was commercialized) because the vikings spears could not penetrate the thick coat after it dried. They were able to withstand the viking attacks, and considered themselves the first doctors of war defense, thus establishing a national nickname as the "nutty professors." so u can see now how much of an insult this must be to them.
